The first project actioned and funded by SCCF was to revitalise and update the Parish website.
The website is mobile friendly and easy to use for visitors. Local businesses advertise their trade and the community can catch up with what’s on locally and share their news. It is a community space online for the whole Parish.
The Sarratt Parish Council shared the vision of a community website and funded the second stage of the project to bring the Parish Council pages onto the Parish site. Local residents can now access all council minutes in the one place.
Community newsletters can be a lifeline and the website now hosts the Sarratt Spotlight for all to read.
The website has it’s own Parish facebook page where news, photos and events are shared for all ages in the community.
We even have Dog blogs! (of course).
